Listen to this! Sinclair release new single Killing Fields

Manchester upstarts Sinclair return with a blazing indie tune with all the hallmarks of stadium filling stature reckons Wayne AF Carey…

The new breed of going for the jugular indie bands are on the rise again with the likes of SHADE and ROLLA doing the rounds on the scene, with their big hitters going for the stadium sized anthems that were laid down by the usual suspects of Oasis, The Courteeners, Blossoms, The Lathums and many more. The thing with Sinclair is they’re verging down a different track, taken by the likes of the excellent Dirty Laces and the latest major signing The Blinders who we’ve covered for years and were overlooked by the ‘large’ publications until now. Sinclair have that blend of Sabbath like riffs and a huge backbone of intricate noise from this young quintet with attitude. Killing Fields is a swaggering tune that sounds huge and hits all the spots for the young indie anthem lovers. Their music is a kick up the arse and they’re hungry for the big stage going off this wonderful beast. Let’s introduce them…

Sinclair is a 5-piece alternative rock band from Manchester, UK. Influenced by The Doors, Joy Division and Black Sabbath, Sinclair’s sound is one of pure raw energy and distorted hazy tones. Driven by catchy guitar riffs, mesmerising melodies and robust, provoking vocals, along with tight and powerful drums and bass lines, each song takes on a life of its own, all consistently delivering honestly brutal lyrics and guitar solos to match.

This year they headline and will sell out the iconic Night and Day Cafe in June 2023. Things are happening!

Oliver Crompton – Vocals
Billie James – Bass Guitar
Chandler Akroyd – Lead Guitar
Benjamin Forse – Drums
Benjamin Sale – Rhythm Guitar
